Vet SOS is a wonderful club who remind and share the importance of mental health and wellbeing. This final week of semester, they organised a puppy play date where several puppies were available for hugs and cuddles to cheer up all the students. This was especially needed as the end of semester is here and final assessments have been draining.
That being said, it was so refreshing to get outside and socialise with these cuties (and fellow humans). I'm definitely feeling ready to tackle study again.
So here's a little reminder for future me:
Playing with puppies is NOT a form of procrastination.
Playing with puppies helps with productivity.
